Job Training for Passout
We provide comprehensive job-oriented training programs for students from the science stream who have completed their graduation or post-graduation and are now seeking employment opportunities. Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills by offering hands-on training in the techniques and procedures used in hospital laboratories as well as research laboratories.
This training is especially beneficial for candidates who want to gain real-world exposure before entering the workforce. The program is designed to equip trainees with practical laboratory skills, technical knowledge, and confidence required to perform efficiently in professional lab environments.
The duration of the training program ranges from 3 months to 6 months, depending on the needs and preferences of the student:
- 3-month training program: ₹15,000
- 4-month training program: ₹18,000
- 6-month training program: ₹24,000
During the training period, students will learn essential laboratory techniques, handling of instruments, sample processing, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures followed in hospital and research settings. The curriculum is structured to ensure both theoretical understanding and practical application.
Upon successful completion of the training, each trainee will be awarded a certificate, which will add value to their professional profile and enhance their employability.
In addition to technical training, we also provide career support services. This includes guidance on how to prepare for job interviews, tips and strategies to crack interviews successfully, and sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, and professional behavior.
