The organization is ISO certified and registered under Startup India, reflecting its commitment to quality and innovation. It is also registered with DG and CMO authorities and approved by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), enabling it to deliver recognized skill development and training programs.
DORIL is empanelled with AFC India Ltd., supporting its involvement in development and consultancy projects.
The head office is located at Main Kargi Road, near Vidya Vihar Phase 1, Pathribhag Chowk, and it also operates a government-approved skill training centre at East Hope Town, Sudduwala, Dehradun.
With a strong focus on healthcare services, skill development, and community upliftment, DORIL strives to create a meaningful impact through professional excellence and socially responsible initiatives.
